The best thing you can possibly do to age well is to eat right, exercise, drink lots of water, don't smoke, and limit your alcohol consumption. I do exfoliate my face about twice a week. I'll need to check out Biotherm Homme. Another thing I do is sit in a steam room to get rid of the impurities in my skin and rinse off right afterward. I am 47 and I look and feel fantastic.
