ProBlogger Forum (my preferred spot)
The problogger forum actually requires a paid membership ($5.95/month) but the cost is very reasonable and keep in mind that if you hope to treat your blog like a business then you must be willing to invest in the appropriate tools. I use the Problogger forum almost daily. The community has a nice feel and because you need to pay to join it tends to attract only those who are more serious about their online brand.
