		<description>I had a similar problem some time ago.  I started waking up a 3am to get some work done because there are a lot less distractions that early.  

I have a note on my PC monitor that says, &quot;Do not check email, facebook, twitter, stats, etc until 6:30&quot;  That alone has tripled my productivity and my time is used wisely now.  Just take the last thing on your list and put it first and that should fix your problem.  It worked for me at least :)</description>
